Before we vote, let’s look into what we know.

NeXarise Review

This company is geared towards ecommerce.

All of their services are provided by third-parties.

The founders are well-known for their work with a company called ACN.

They quit ACN and their fan base quickly followed them to NeXarise.

Their “about us page” actually contains a lot of information about the owners.

As far as the company goes, they are UK incorporated and they do advertise that.

On their certificate, you can see there is an address for their location.

Here’s their office supposedly.

The address could be fake.

Considering that the founders are well-known leaders and have done great things in the past, I give them the benefit of the doubt.

On top of that, they must be doing something right seeing that they are over a year old and are still growing in 2020.

MLM companies typically will not last that long.

The company is very active. I see them posting YouTube videos regularly, and they even maintain their Facebook fan page pretty well.

NeXarise Products

I tried to get a feel what they are offering product-wise by visiting their official website.

However, there was nothing to really see.

In fact, you have to watch a webinar to learn about their products and even then the details are very vague.

Here’s what I piece together:

• Lifestyle by NeXarise – Save money on traveling. Flights are not cheap. Their program gives you access to their discount engines known as travel portals. Price range is £36-£84/mo depending on package
• Arise Academy – Learn to trade the forex market. Currency exchange has been around for a long time. People have built a full-time living and even reach insane wealth trading. However, you need proper training to be profitable. Arise Academy offers training for beginners.
• HomeCare – HeatPlus focuses on boilers, central heating, plumbing, electrical, and drainage insurance.
• NexProtect – insurance covered by WealthMax.
• NexMobile – You can switch phone providers and get cheaper pricing with O2 and Vodafone. Your looking at £16-£48/mo.
• Business Energy – Run a business? This program focuses specifically on cheap utilities for big businesses.

I don’t like how hard it was just to find this basic information.

The founders have been really successful working with ACN.

I guess they quit ACN to create something similar in hopes of earning more money. It makes sense.

Now they are competing with that company. My thing is are they going to be able to hang in there?

Both companies are the same. One simply has a better track record.

As a consumer, I would go with the company that is doing the best and NOT NeXarise .

Yes, they do have travel and SEO services over ACN. But is that enough to compete? Probably not.

I think if they are going to last in the game long term, they need to bring something special to the table.

Also, they need to be informative.

There is no excuse for not having proper product pricing and details on their website. This goes for the compensation plan as well.

Lastly, I feel like the compensation plan is focused more on recruiting. They should find a better balance. Regulators may apply pressure on them.

Legit MLM companies must have more retail sales then recruitment commissions.

This doesn’t make them a scam or anything. It’s just something that will help them stay in the game for longer.

So are they a scam?

No.

However, I do think they have huge room to improve.

All of them end up being the same.

In fact, they even registered their website privately.

It only shows the date that they purchased the domain. If they left it public we could of possibly learned who was behind TRONex.net.

Moving forward.

They own a UK certficiate.

This means nothing. They are so EASY to get that scams run to them and try to use it as a badge of trust.

Their certificate uses the address 10 Creek Road, London, England, SE8 3BN.

And this is what the location looks like…

The building is NOT for TRONex.net

Here’s an important detail. Their official website uses a different address than what’s on the certificate. Weird!

This address is 5 Fleet Place, London, England, EC4M 7RD.

I noticed that almost every site I review that talks about Smart Contract lie about their address and hide information.

Something is obviously is wrong here.

I find it strange how on the front page it says…

Blockchain decentralized and anonymous platform

How the heck is this anonymous? Someone put the website up, it didn’t just exist by itself…

I’m not falling for it.

There’s a lot of things wrong with a program that is promising results, especially when you can’t see the moves made behind the scenes.

Basic Interest Rate

Personal Hold Bonus

If the minimum withdrawal date is set to Thursday, however, you decide not to cash out, then every 24 hours after Thursday, they will add 0.01% interest to your earnings. So by the time you’re at 48 hours it will be at 0.02%. Then 72 hours, 0.03%.

This goes on and on.

On top of that, they go through great lengths to remain hidden. They call the site an anonymous platform.

Why is being anonymous even on their mind? Tronex.net definitely gives me weird vibes.

They try to combat it by flaunting a UK certificate like it means something. The fact of the matter all scams run to get one of those. They are so EASY to get…

My last point is where are they getting the funds to run this system?

My guess is that they are a Ponzi scheme.

Internal revenue is shifting around to its members. Tommy signs up today for their smart contract. Alyssa signs up shortly after and they use those funds to pay Tommy off.

It eventually fails when they cant keep members flowing into Tronex.net.

Things got interesting as I realized they are trying to fake credibility by saying their company has been operating since 2015.

What got them caught up was that they shared their “UK certificate” and the info was out of whack…

The suspicion continued as I researched their address.

The building does not belong to MarksMan LTD.

In fact, the address is for an accounting business.

Why are they providing us with so much false information?

Here’s the words straight from the horses mouth.

The thing is that they never spoke in details of what they are doing behind the scenes to generate the personal investments that they are talking about.

Until then, I will remain skeptic.

MarksMan LTD saying things like “guaranteed”, yet being very vague about everything makes me uncomfortable.

Fine. But where is the proof? We need that, especially with all the deception they have been doing to us.

The icing on the cake for me was realizing they aren’t registered. This is a passive income opportunity, meaning they are offering securities.

Without being registered with the proper regulators, it means they are participating in security fraud.

Smart Ether has been running since August 19th, 2020. This can be confirmed by doing a quick WHOIS lookup.

Financial opportunities like this are suppose to get registered with the proper regulators. I was not able to find any sort of registration for this company.

I suspect that the company is ran out of India, considering the language most of their promotional content is in.

This was about all I could find doing a background check.

Smart Ether Products

It says on their website…

Worlds 1st Decentralised Smart Contract

The website focuses on mining, exchange and staking supposedly. Through their smart contract, you earn passive income.

Users can also promote as an affiliate and get paid.

This is just what they say; they have not shown any proof the system works like they say.

Moving forward.

Affiliates are added into a matrix system. It’s a 2×8 setup and users invest  0.1 ETH to participate. Positions are filled by your personally referred or indirectly.

It goes 8 levels deep.

You will notice that you have to pay a fee. The price will differ depending on the level.

Out of all the scams I see online, Ponzi schemes seem to be the most dominate.

They seem to launch all the time, and there’s literally hundreds of them all offering a smart contract.

Well, the contract isn’t very smart.

People end up losing money. The business model is not sustainable. They aren’t trading the market like they say.

In fact, your money is being traded between users. If I sign up right now, then get YOU to sign up right after…

Guess what?? Some of your funds will likely be distributed to me. What happens when signs up run low?

No one gets paid and it’s just that simple.

In a nutshell, they are talking about trading. They apparently take advantage of the stock exchange and forex.

Tell them to hold off.

I’ve learned some pretty interesting things about this pogram.

I’m actually not surprised at what I’m about to tell you. Think about it! Earn 3% daily risk-free, guaranteed?

No way.

BestProfitt focuses on cryptocurrency and investing.

The website is fairly new.

However, they claim to have been in business since 2015.

By doing a quick WHOIS search, you will see that this is false.

So why lie?

It doesn’t help that the website has no clear ownership.

So is a ghost running this company?

It makes no sense how they can talk about how their team is top-notch, yet not tell us of their names.

Personally, I don’t just take anything a company says without proof.

The only thing that BestProffitt is their UK certificate, even then it doesn’t help them much.

Any scam site can get a UK certificate for cheap without much verification.

Moving forward.

In a nutshell, you invest and earn.

You can also recruit others into the program to earn commissions.

I see no actual product or service.

The appeal is that anyone who signs up earn without any experience to trading. Their “team” who remains anonymously does all the work.

• Invest $10-$250 and receive 2% daily for 20 days.
• Invest $251-$1000 and receive 2.5% daily for 20 days.
• Invest $1001-$5000 and receive 3% daily for 20 days.

Referral Commissions

Your referrals will be added into a unilevel compensation plan.

The comp is 2 levels deep…

• Level 1 – 5% (Personally sponsored affiliates)
• Level 2 – 1%

The details were vague in this department. You would have to ask the company to learn exactly how much income potential it has…

Getting Started

You can get a sneak peak inside the opportunity by creating a free account. However, it will be a dead end until you invest at least $10 then you can begin earning passively.

Should you even join BestProfitts?

With so many scams out there you have to be careful.

I’ve been scammed before and this is why I’m offering you my honest opinion!

My Final Words

Here’s a quick recap.

We learned that the company has lied about how long they have existed.

I still have no clue why they would do that if they were legit. The company has no information on ownership.

I typically steer clear of any business that is not upfront.

Moreover, they have not provided any documentation and proof that they are a legally registered company. Not good!

It’s already far fetch that they are offering guaranteed results of up to 5% daily.

There’s just nothing that says this thing is legal.

I do suspect that they are using internal revenue to pay off existing affiliates. Very illegal by the way. That’s what you call a ponzi scheme.

Look it up.

Crex Capital, if found out to be the real deal, could change your bank account in a good way.

However, the claims seem to be super hyped in my opinion.

I find it hard to believe that they can offer a 5% daily ROI over a course of 50 days with no problem.

Crex Capital does not list any names of staffing that can be verified as real people.

As you can see, they mention quite a few people.

I’m skeptic considering that none of them can be found on social media or anywhere at that.

Odd!

As I went through their website, I noticed that they were an exact replica of a company known as Tridex.

Could it be something fishy is going on with that?

Crex Capital has been operating since October 14th, 2020 according to their WHOIS data.

They operate under a UK Certificiate.

As said on their website…

Crex Capital LTD is licensed under the financial policy of the United Kingdom. A transparent and clear operation.

Looking at their certificate, I quickly spotted something that was wrong.

How is it that they have been operating since 2018, yet their website was bought in 2020?

Well guess what!

The certificate does not even belong to Crex Capital.

They got creative and gave us the information to another company that was similar in names.

So this company isn’t even incorporated.

Any company that isn’t straight forward about who they are is always a huge red flag in my book.

Moving forward.

Crex Capital Products

It says on their website…

Crex Capital Limited is a fully legal and time-verified investment platform incorporated in the UK.

People join under the expectation of being paid guaranteed passive income. Members may recruit others for which they can earn commissions when they invest.

Crex Capital Compensation Plan

The income potential looks exactly like this…

• Invest $5 to $100 and receive 2% daily for 100 days
• Invest $100 to $10,000 and receive 3.33% daily for 60 days
• Invest $10,000 to $100,000 and receive 4% daily for 50 days

Everything is done through their TRX token. You fund your account with TRX and are paid in TRX in which you must convert into cash when your ready to withdraw.

Members earn off of their referrals each time they fund their account.

This is done through a unilevel compensation plan.

• Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 10%
• Level 2 – 2%
• Level 3 – 1%

Getting Started

If you join only to recruit others you pay nothing. However, you must fund your account to earn passive income.

So should you even fund an account?

My Final Words

They are without a doubt a fishy company.

Everything is just fake.

Their team looks like something you can copy and paste off of Google images. (Likely what they did).

Far fetched huh? Well they are using another companies certificate to act like they are legit.

No telling what this company will do to gain trust.

On top of that, they are really pushing these bogus TRK tokens. The value of it is worthless.

If this company ups and shuts down, your coins are gone! It’s not like Bitcoin.

The worst part is that they are clearly a Ponzi.

No legal company can offer such good returns like that. This thing will collapse eventually and people will lose money.

Do not join.

My thing is that only a handful of them are worth your time.

It says a lot when the CEO is upfront about who they are…

Akili Dorian Omari is running the show.

Him and the company is based out of  North Carolina, USA.

However, it appears his background is unknown, unfortunately.

This could mean it’s his first time running a network marketing company or maybe he hasn’t done anything notable in the past.

Either way, whatever he is doing with Fortress Network is working and gaining him and his opportunity quite some attention.

He’s been in ownership of the website “fortressnetworkllc.com” since 2017. The company did not become active until around 2020.

The WHOIS information helps confirm this…

I did not see anything that would count as retail products!

The main focus is on recruiting.

Not good.

If Fortress Network plans on being around for the long-term they need to fix that.

Fortress Compensation Plan

Members have one goal which is promote their referral link.

Users can then be paid according to a 3×9 matrix.

The CEO wanted to push the agenda that Fortress Network is not in the network marketing field and instead used the term “social network company”.

However, their compensation plan screams multi-level-marketing and is the same thing as network marketing.

Not a big deal but we should call this company what it is…

Back to their comp plan.

You find 3 people that are willing to join.

I believe those initial people you won’t be compensated on. Your 4th and so on you will see:

$1 per sponsored affiliate directly or indirectly in the matrix:

• Level 1 – 3 positions to fill equates to a potential $3 a month
• Level 2 – 9 positions to fill equates to a potential $9 a month
• Level 3 – 27 positions to fill equates to a potential $27 a month
• Level 4 – 81 positions to fill equates to a potential $81 a month
• Level 5 – 243 positions to fill equates to a potential $243 a month
• Level 6 – 729 positions to fill equates to a potential $729 a month

Supposedly, once all positions are filled you will be earning over $29,000/month.

It’s as simple as paying $10/month to participate.

My thing is should you take your hard-earned money and invest it into this company?

Here’s my honest opinion.

Legit companies have a product.

No if, ands or buts…

Fortress Network is a simple get rich-quick scheme.

Your suppose to pay $10/month…

But guess what? It goes into supporting 10 other members who get a chunk of that. Everyone is just creating one big network of people passing money around.

It sounds cool, I know.

But guess what, it’s not LEGAL…

It may work for awhile but eventually signs up slow down and things collapse. You all of sudden won’t be getting paid out and that will suck.

No point of putting your time into a business-model that won’t be around for long.

Take your money. Invest into something that is going to bring you results month after month without hassle.

You don’t want to be worrying about when the illegal business model your using is going to stop working…

They just need to make some major changes and maybe then can I give them a better review.

However, it could all be just hype!

I noticed that results are promised to all investors.

That’s insane, right?

So here’s what do I know about this company….

September 15th, 2020 is the registrant date for the domain “speedmining.pro” according to their registrar info.

So, what’s the hype about this business opportunity?

They focus on blockchain as their angle. Ultimately, they are providing a way for people who have little to no funds and experience in the industry to make a profit.

Here are the words straight from their mouth…

Speed Mining – is a mining platform created by a group of blockchain enthusiasts. Our goal – to make mining truly accessible to everyone regardless of investment size, technical background or experience in cryptocurrencies.

I support cryptocurrency and investing in your future.

However, I am not too sure about Speed Mining Pro.

You should always question any company that withholds information on ownership and staffing. If anything goes wrong there won’t be anyone to blame.

Each investment ends in 30 days in which you will have earned a full return. By the end of the duration, you should have earned 150% of your investment, “supposedly”.

Investors may also recruit others into Speed Mining Pro and earn commissions.

Users deposit 0.001 to 0.020 BTC under the impression that Speed Mining will do all the work and bring them guaranteed results.

This happens over a course of a month in which you will earn 7% per day.

• Beginner – Invest 0.001 BTC and receive 4% daily ROI, 4000 satoshi daily over 30 days.
• Competent – Invest 0.002 BTC and receive 5% daily ROI, 10,000 satoshi daily over 30 days.
• Master – Invest 0.005 BTC and receive 6% daily ROI, 30,000 satoshi daily over 30 days
• Expert – Invest 0.02 BTC and receive 7% daily ROI, 140,000 satoshi daily over 30 days.

Many people are hyped about Speeding Mining Pro based of what they have been saying. Apparently, they have a huge mining setup to produce these results.

There is little to no information out there about this company.

However we know the cost to join and we have information on their compensation plan.

Is the company worth joining with all we know? I’m glad you landed on my “unbiased review”

My Final Words

I honestly respect Bitcoin and mining.

But I don’t know who the heck Speed Mining Pro is… No information on their team has been revealed.

And with all the hype and talk, I have not seen one piece of proof that shows mining is actually going on in the background.

What I do know is that schemes will push angles to make themselves appear more legit.

It’s common for Ponzi schemes to push the same angle of Speed Mining Pro. The company most likely is using funds of new investors to pay off older investors..

Big deal! Right?

It’s illegal.

In the end it works for a little and then people lose money once recruitment slows down.

I’m thinking the image is something taken off of Google.

As an attempt to get victims to trust them more, they included a list of partners…

What the heck? None of these are companies…

It’s like saying Smart Affiliate Gains is partnered with the US Dollar.

Makes no sense.

Don’t be quick to forget.

We have no clue who is behind CoinXtract…

It could be a robot chicken for all we know (jokes)…

And then what we do know isn’t even solid information.

They lied about the age of their company. We verified that through WHOIS!

They have a really weird looking photo of their supposed company address. It clearly is fake.

Probably explains why they didn’t give us the address to the building…

The funny thing is that none of that is that important. My biggest problem is that they are an illegal operating business opportunity.

You need to learn more about Ponzi scams.

They offer investments usually in the form of some type of mining. However, they aren’t mining or do anything legit to get your return.

The company just uses the investments of new sign ups to pay off existing users. If it slows down everyone loses money, except CoinXtract.

They get to run off with whatever is left over.
